Mandrake Enterprises is a boutique Construction Management Services company.

Formed in 2002 we provide a dedicated approach to construction and project management, ensuring quality, safety, and most importantly total management.

A great project has four key elements to it.

Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost.

At Mandrake each and every project we complete, must minimise incidents and accidents, deliver a first class outcome to all relevant legal and client standards, in a timely manner that is well planned and executed and at the price that is expected by our clients. (The below may be too much but better to have too much than not enough!)

We do this is a number of ways including training our staff in safety audits and machinery checklists, and ensure they have the relevant competency training to manage the contractors along the safe systems.

Our ongoing training systems for staff ensure relevant quality and technical programmes are attended and these skills are readily applicable in our day to day management of works.

We ensure we have a complete understanding of our clients requirements with respect to delivery of their project and have relevant systems such a Primavera and others to allow us to report the information they require in a way that fits most easily with them.

We ensure the client has weekly and monthly reports detailing the above and outlining the stages of the contract as they are completed and ongoing management of variations etc. This is to ensure the client does not receive any surprises as the project nears it completion.
